TWERK & BOOTY - Twerkout by Tinze
Tinze's Twerk & Booty program is designed for all skill levels, so you can join in even if you have no prior experience with the style. The goal is to add a new dimension to traditional training and show how movements can be refined with twerk style!
In this program, you'll get to improve your fitness and/or shape your body while having fun.

Twerk is an energetic and fast-paced dance style with roots in Africa. Its major influences include the Mapouka dance from Côte d'Ivoire and the bounce culture that originated in New Orleans. Twerk is characterized by various hip thrusts, rotations, and glute movements. Like many other dance styles, twerk is constantly evolving and fusing with other styles. In the Twerk & Booty program, we focus on the training itself, incorporating elements of Twerk into our workouts.
How does the course progress?
The program lasts for 4 weeks, with 2-3 strength training sessions and 2 HIIT sessions each week. Additionally, there's a bonus glute-focused resistance band workout. All workouts are designed to be done at home, so they are home workouts. Some exercises are traditional strength training movements, while others are performed with a Twerk-twist. The strength training sessions emphasize the glutes and core, and the program also includes guided stretching and warm-up routines for the workouts.
All exercises come with images and videos, and most also include written instructions.
The training programs do not include Twerk technique instruction; the focus is solely on the workout itself.
Suitable for both beginners and those in better shape!

Tia-Maria "Tinze" Sokka, a professional in Twerk and owner of Tinze Twerk Studio, is a highly respected and acclaimed Twerk instructor and the first Twerk Finnish Champion. Tinze always encourages her students, supporting and creating a safe environment for the practice. She is a joyful, motivating, and energetic teacher, and her positive energy persists throughout the coaching.
